01Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and EduVision X("EduVision X", "we", "us") and govern your use of the EduVision X website, apps and services (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a school or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.
02The Service
EduVision X is an interactive learning platform. Depending on your plan it includes:
- An AI Presentation Editor for creating, editing, presenting and exporting lessons
- A Coding Lab for writing and running code in the browser
- Interactive simulations, live quizzes and polls
- Classrooms, a template marketplace and learning analytics
- An AI Learning Assistant
We continually improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce functionality you pay for.
03Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately at support@eduvision-x.abhinavsai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Students under the age of digital consent in their country may use EduVision X only through a school, teacher or parent/guardian who has provided any consent required by law.
04Your content
You keep ownership of the presentations, code, files, quiz answers and other material you create or upload ("Your Content"). You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.
You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content, including images, media and text you upload or share with a classroom.
05AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate slides, quizzes, code, explanations and other output ("AI Output"). To produce it, your prompts and relevant content are sent to third-party AI model providers acting on our behalf.
AI Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always review it before teaching with it, and do not rely on it as professional, medical, legal or safety advice.
Subject to these Terms and the AI providers' policies, you may use AI Output you generate for your teaching and learning. Similar output may be generated for other users.
06Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights
- Upload malware, or use the Coding Lab to attack, mine cryptocurrency or abuse our infrastructure
- Harass, bully or share harmful, hateful or sexually explicit content, especially with students
- Probe, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass security or usage limits
- Use AI features to create misleading, deceptive or dangerous content
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission
07Plans, payments & cancellation
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current billing period.
Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
08Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, templates we provide and the EduVision X name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. These Terms do not give you any rights to our brand.
09Suspension & termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, or if required by law. Where reasonable we will tell you first and give you a chance to export Your Content.
10Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
12Governing law & contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
